YUM…although this week we are not partaking in cocktails, see post from yesterday (Mom Monday…Bikini diet) we are looking forward to having this fun summer frozen cocktail when the time is right…hope you all enjoy it!
FitMom in the City’s little helper. Frozen Watermelon Daiquiri.
One cup of FROZEN watermelon cubes
One shot of Rum
Stevia to taste
The juice from one lime
One sprig of mint
Cut up watermelon in cubes and freeze them. Once frozen, put them in the blender (no need to add ice since the frozen watermelon will suffice.) Add one shot of Rum ( your choice) the juice from one lime and Stevia to taste (we like one packet). Blend it together, pour in a pretty frozen glass add a sprig of mint and/or a fancy umbrella . and enjoy! xx
