Eat YOUR FRUITS AND VEGGIES Seasonally

akt 004When trying to feed your family healthy foods, as we all know, it is easier if it tastes yummy  :) .  On that note, every nutritionist we have ever spoken with suggests that you “eat sesonally”…this very simply means to eat what is grown during whatever season you are in. (see our blog  farm fresh in the city,http://www.fitmomsinthecity.com/2012/05/farm-fresh-in-the-city/).  We have complied a list of what fruits and vegetables are best in what season for all of us to keep handy…just trying to “ keep our lives in shape”!  Mark down which ones are you and your family’s favorites like I have done here….
