The first day of the new year is always so hopeful and encouraging. The second is more challenging J. Especially today for me because I am going to my orthodontists office (I have invisaligns…blog to come) which happens to be next door to one of the only good Dunkin Donuts! What makes this DD so good? It is the frosting!!!!! They have these donuts filled with frosting and it literally has more frosting than it has donut. OMG these donuts are good. The challenge for me today will be to eat one and keep it moving. A donut is not an everyday kind of thing, especially when you are trying to watch your weight. But, I am a firm believer in not cutting things out of your dietary life (unless it is for health reasons) cuz I think that just sets you up for a binge. So, why the picture of the handstands? That is there to remind me of my three fitness resolutions…1. is to do a handstand on the beach in my bikini in August and 2. to be able to be one of our fitness sensei’s (Stacey Griffith from Soulcycle) front row girls. 3. Do a Kid Run for Charity with my Son. Make your fitness resolutions FitMoms and let’s do this together.
